State Leadership Conference

Tuesday-Wednesday, March 10 -11, 2020

Helena Delta Colonial

Thank you for your interest in judging at the 2020 Montana HOSA State Leadership Conference.  We are assured you will be impressed with the caliber of our Montana high school health science students.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if the contents, below, do not address

your concerns.

See below for FAQ's

Please plan to arrive 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before your event.  Staff will be there to assist you.  You will receive your packet in the Gallery Room, off of the front lobby.  It is required that you sign out any equipment/materials that are provided for your event.

Thanks to a grant from the International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation and Providence Montana Health Foundation, Montana HOSA was able to purchase 4 Heart In-A-Box curriculum trunks in fall, 2015

At check-in, you will receive a folder containing judge forms & specific instructions, as well as any time cards, stop watches, writing utensils, etc.  You will be assigned an Event Manager (teacher) who will assist you on site.  We ask that you, please, take the time to complete an event evaluation after judging.

Before you leave, please bring all materials back to the Gallery Room and check-in any HOSA equipment that was used for your event.  Enjoy a snack and accept our appreciation for your time and generosity.
